Account data: first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, country and preferred language.

Service usage data: bookings and appointments, favorites, reviews and ratings, loyalty history and preferences.

Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type and data from the cookies you accept.

Communication data: your communication preferences and the history of consents granted or withdrawn.

Mobile app data: approximate or precise location (to show you nearby businesses), access to your photo gallery (for your profile picture), your device's push notification token, and diagnostic data in the event of an app crash.

Service delivery (performance of a contract): managing your account, processing bookings and appointments, and providing product features.

Compliance with legal obligations: retaining information required by applicable laws.

Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and service improvement.

Consent: marketing communications, newsletter and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

We will only send you commercial communications, newsletters or marketing notifications if you have given your consent.

You can manage your preferences at any time from the Communication Preferences Center in your account or via the unsubscribe link included in each email.

We share data with the businesses you book with in order to provide the service.

We work with providers acting as data processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under contracts that ensure the protection of your data.

We may disclose data when required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell your personal data.

When your data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described.

If you request the deletion of your account, deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the request. After that period, we anonymize or delete your data, except where we are legally required to retain it.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to restrict and object to processing and to data portability.
