What it includes

All of this is available today, to any business, at no cost:

• Round-the-clock online booking from your link and your QR code
• A calendar per staff member, with split shifts, closures, public holidays and time off
• Unlimited staff, with per-person permissions and email invitations
• Unlimited services with price, duration and buffers between appointments
• Client records with appointment history, total spend and internal notes
• Automatic reminders by email and push notification, the day before and on the day
• A minimum cancellation notice, with approval for the ones that arrive late
• Recurring appointments: weekly, every two weeks or every four
• No-show marking and your no-show rate inside your statistics
• Chat with the client inside each appointment
• Reviews per staff member and per service, with a reply from the business
• Statistics on revenue, occupancy, returning clients, cancellations and no-shows
• A public profile with a gallery, listed in search by city and service
• A loyalty programme with stamps or points, from the web dashboard
• Home-service areas
• Sync with the calendar on your phone
• An interface in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese

What it does not include today

We would rather you knew before switching than after. If any of these is essential for you, Belleceo is not your tool today:

• Online payments, deposits or prepayment: your clients pay you at your business, as always
• Automatic charges for a no-show or a late cancellation
• Reminders by SMS or WhatsApp: today they go by email and push notification
• Importing your client list from another platform
• Rescheduling an appointment in one step: today you cancel and create it again
• Exporting reports to CSV or PDF
• A waiting list for slots that free up
• Marketing campaigns, vouchers or gift cards
• Inventory, point of sale or invoicing
• Several locations under one business

Why it is free

We are building the network one business and one city at a time. A booking platform is worth what its density is worth: while we are still building it, charging you a fee or a percentage would be charging you for something you are the one creating.

There is no payment gateway and no subscription system inside the product. This is not a launch promotion with a hidden expiry date: today, technically, there is no way to charge you.

If we ever add paid services they will be optional extras you can switch on or not, and what is on this page will stay available at no cost.

Frequently asked questions

Is there any commission on bookings?

No. Not on bookings from your regular clients, and not on someone finding you for the first time through Belleceo public search. There is no cut of the first visit and no new-client fee.

Do I have to give a card to start?

No. You create the account, add your services and opening hours, and your booking link is ready. We never ask for payment details.

Is there a limit on staff or bookings?

No. We do not charge per staff member and we do not cap appointments per month. Nothing is reserved for a higher plan either, because there are no plans.

What if you decide to charge tomorrow?

We would tell you in advance and you would still be able to take your data with you: your clients and your reviews are in your account and the GDPR gives you the right to port them. What we will not do is turn what you are already using into a paid product without warning.

Can I use Belleceo alongside another platform?

Yes, and if you depend heavily on last-minute bookings from a marketplace that is the sensible way to start: keep the other system, put your Belleceo link where your clients already are, and compare for a few weeks before deciding.
